6am Club - Saturdays at 6am
Workout with Ramon & Cam every Saturday. Open gym style - not your typical group class. All levels welcome— expect heavy weight, explosive movements, motivation & camaraderie.
Barach’s Booty Camp - Saturdays at 9:00am
A high-energy group workout designed to sculpt, strengthen, and lift your glutes. This lower-body focused class combines squats, lunges, kicks, and resistance training to target every angle of your booty. Whether you're building strength, boosting endurance, or just looking for a serious burn, this class delivers results. All fitness levels welcome—come ready to sweat and leave feeling powerful.
